HouseMark - Branding & Print
Working with the marketing and management team at HouseMark, (setting the benchmark for social housing in the UK) the team and I at Nonconform worked on a complete overhaul of the organisation's identity from top to bottom. That rebranding began with a redraw of the logo and was followed by the introduction of bright, stylised illustration (illustrated by Bobby Newell) which would not only set HouseMark apart, but also be able to tell their complex story through the imagery. We took the two main strands of the organisation - Consultancy and Benchmarking - and split them into two using a tree as a symbol of nurturing, growth and life. The complexity of the organisation was therefore simplified and following the identity's implementation a number of printed materials from leaflets, flyers, banner, corporate stationery, exhibition stands, signage and interior graphics were implemented and delivered. www.nonconform.co.uk
